Get down to creating a meal timetable by jotting down how many meal portions you would like to include in a day's diet. With portions, I do not mean cutting down portions of each dish in a serving. It is more like ordering two plates of different salads in an interval of 2 hours than one massive burger at one time. This means choosing what to eat and when to eat is essential.
